This year's Rock category winner of the 7th Annual Great American Song Contest is Nathan Asher & the Infantry from Raleigh NC.

Judges praised their song “Turn Up the Faders” as "innovative, honest and powerful."

Nathan Asher & the Infantry have received recognition from Kings of A&R, the scouting website for advertisers and recruiters in the music industry.

The group was also named Best Rock Band in the Triangle, NC, area’s Independent Weekly magazine by the voting public.
